Eric P. Maynard, Senior Consultant, Jenike & Johanson

Eric P. Maynard is a Senior Consultant for Jenike & Johanson.  Eric received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts.  As an engineer at Jenike & Johanson, he has designed handling systems for bulk solids including cement and its raw materials used in its manufacture, coal, plastic powder, food products, and pharmaceuticals.  He is also the cement industry specialist at Jenike & Johanson, where he specializes in crushing technology and equipment design for handling cohesive and sticky bulk solids.  He frequently lectures on the storage and flow of bulk solids for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), individual companies, in-house courses, and numerous conferences (e.g., Powder & Bulk Engineering Conference, Powder & Bulk Solids Conference, Pharmaceutical Production TechSource® Conference).
