All exhibits MUST be set-up by 9:45am on Monday, September 15.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION / BADGES
Exhibitor badges are only for company personnel working in your booth, and can be processed only in the name of the exhibiting company. Exhibitor Badge Request Forms must be received by August 22, 2008. Badges will be available on-site at the Registration Desk. Badges will NOT be mailed in advance.

HYATT REGENCY BALLROOM & BOOTH INFORMATION:

- Furnishings: Each 8' x 8' booth will include: (1) 6' Table, (2) Chairs & (1) Wastebasket
- Décor: Blue & Silver 8' Back drape & Blue 3' Side Rail drape will be supplied for ALL booths

*Discounted room rates are available for PharmaMed Marketing & Media exhibitors and attendees. To make reservations, contact the hotel directly; be sure to identify yourself as a PharmaMed participant to receive the special discounted rate. There are a limited number of rooms offered at the discounted rates (rooms will only be available until they sell out or until the deadline date of August 22, 2008 – whichever comes first).

TRAVEL INFORMATION / MAP

Driving Directions:
From Newark International Airport: Take the New Jersey Turnpike South 19 miles to Exit 9. Proceed on Route 18 North 3 miles to Route 27 South. Travel 2 blocks to Nielson Street. Turn left. Hotel is on left.
From Route 1, South or North: Take Route 18 North 3 miles to Route 27 South. Travel 2 blocks to Nielson Street. Turn left. Hotel is on left.

Transportation:
To and from Newark Airport : AAA Car Service, 1-888-777-3055, $71 inclusive of tolls and gratuities. From hotel to New York City, $138 inclusive of tolls and gratuities. Group Rates Available. Taxi: Approx: $45-$65 Tolls and gratuity are additional.

New York City - Train: New Jersey transit located 2 blocks from the hotel. Runs approx. every hour. Round trip cost to New York Penn Station $13.50.

Bus: 1 Block from hotel, runs every 15 mins before and after the hour. Cost $13.85 per person roundtrip. Contact Suburban transit 800-222-0492.

Amtrak service: 2 blocks from hotel; taxi $3.00. New Brunswick to Philadelphia $40 except Friday-Sunday, $46 one way $80 roundtrip. Friday: The train runs at 6:56AM & 8:23AM $25 After these hours the guest would need to take a cab to Metro Park ($15-20 approx.) Then take train from there at an additional $25 chg New Brusnwick to New York : $32

Special parking rates at the Hyatt have been secured for the show. $6.00 per day, per vehicle. Valet parking is also available for $20.00 per day.
