Expanding on the applicability of the LAKOS Separator is the use of LAKOS Eductors for helping to control solids build-up in a sump or basin. Water is recirculated from the sump through the LAKOS Separator to remove troublesome, settleable particle matter. Flow is returned to the sump via the LAKOS Eductors to create a directed turbulence to sweep solids toward pump intake and, again, through the separator. For pits, cooling towers and other problematic vessels where unwanted solids accumulate and otherwise cause shutdowns and/or cleaning routines.
