The pump is extremely compact (31 x 26 x 28 mm), lasts over 10,000 hours, uses <1 watt of power. It is suitable for pumping and dosing both neutral and corrosive liquids. KNF's model NPK09 swing-piston compressor offers the OEM a higher flow rate and pressure for a given size than the corresponding diaphragm system. With the addition of a brushless DC motor, they feature compact size, quiet operation, long life, reduced EMI/RFI and are lighter than brush DC types, making them perfect for portable applications. Speed control, speed signal, and logical on/off allow for integration into system logic. Rated at 15 LPM flow, they generate 100 psi pressure and vacuum to 27" Hg. These pumps were developed for use in medical equipment such as nebulizers, suction apparatus and as a pneumatic air source.

maxon’s 1-quadrant amplifier for brushless DC motors with open board is the ideal solution for many drive tasks with 5 – 24 V operating voltage and maximum output power of 3A (intermittently up to 6A). Available in two variations, maxon EC and EC flat motors can be directly connected.

With its input voltage ranging from 5 – 24 V, the DEC 24/3 can be used flexibly with various voltage sources, allowing operation as a digital speed controller and open loop speed controller. Operating mode can be easily selected using a DIP switch. Speed value can be set via an integrated potentiometer.

Moog Components Group announces a new version of the Silencer Series brushless DC motor that will expand the motor line providing new motion solutions. The BN-IP motor is designed for applications requiring reliability and high performance in dusty or wet environments. Typical uses for this motor are packaging and food processing equipment, medical pumps and robotic systems.

A key advantage of the motor is its smooth and efficient performance and ultra-quiet operation. The BN-IP motor offers high torque and precise, variable speed control. Moog Components Group announces the BMS09 and BSS09 Silencer Series Brushless DC Slotless Motors. The compact slotless motors are well suited for applications demanding high efficiency, high speed, low acoustical noise and zero detent torque. Utilizing SmCo magnets and a stainless steel housing, the BMS09 is ideal for medical applications where the motor has to withstand autoclave conditions. Utilizing NdFeB magnets, the BSS09 provides excellent value with a lower cost and high torque for industrial applications. Both versions are available in two standard lengths with three standard winding codes. Custom configurations available upon request.

Typical uses for this motor are handheld devices, drills and saws, robotic systems, test and measurement equipment, and pumps.
