For the specialized stainless steel tubes used in IV applications, this company offers citric acid passivation using multi-stage ultrasonic technologies. The tubes are precisely and burr-free cut whether they are made from coated and uncoated tubing. Further, the coated tubing is processed without damaging the OD coating and a clean inside diameter is maintained. Tubing can be thin wall or small ID or both and lengths vary from long to short. All types of metal tubing can be processed and volumes range from small to large. There is no heat affected zone and concentricity is similarly unaffected by their proprietary cutting technique.

The new T-bar mop was designed specifically for cleaning floors, walls, and ceilings in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing facilities. Innovative attributes include: Class 10 (and above) compatibility, launderable, and low cost without sacrificing quality. Other foam mops are not recommended for use in Class 10 cleanrooms, they are single use, easily torn, and have open cell foam which releases contamination. The T-bar mop is Ultra Clean with a laundered 2-Ply polyester mopping surface which is durable and soft.
