mvBlueCOUGAR – family of Gigabit Ethernet cameras with and without intelligence
mvBlueCOUGAR-P GigE cameras executes the image processing in the camera and only transfers the relevant data. It is suited to applications in industrial inspection and security industry, where a multitude of cameras is used and a large amount of data is processed.
The GigE camera mvBlueCOUGAR-P is available with both CCD and CMOS sensors
Beside this version, MATRIX VISION offers a new standard version without intelligence. The mvBlueCOUGAR-S, which is also compliant to GigE Vision and GenICam, has CCD sensors only.

AP Technologies will be exhibiting the latest 30° 2-colour high power LED "Metal Reflector Array" from Opto Diode.
MRA combines low thermal resistance substrates with high optical efficiency beam-shaping reflector cavities to facilitate high power, low profile, compact footprint arrays with excellent uniformity.
Standard single-colour MRA devices are available from 395 nm to 870 nm with beam angles of 40°, 70° and 110° FWHM.
MRA is a flexible technology platform which can be used for bespoke solutions including multiple wavelengths.
A range of operational MRAs will be shown on our stand along with examples of bespoke configurations.

AP Technologies announces Opto Diode’s ODA-6W-500M which combines a high responsivity 6mm˛ photodiode with 500 MOhm gain and low noise preamplifier.
The ODA-6W-500 is supplied in a hermetic TO-5 package and has a frequency response of 130Hz, a low Offset Voltage of ± 2mV maximum and Dark Offset Noise of only 230 µV rms.
The standard red/NIR-enhanced device has a sensitivity of 250 V/µW at 940 nm – visible enhanced versions are available.
Typical applications are fluorescence spectroscopy and low-light-level tasks where electrical noise can affect the photodiode signal if the detector and amplifier are separate components on a circuit board.

Kappa has successfully extended its camera range with Gigabit Ethernet cameras.
The cameras allow cable lengths of up to 100m/330ft (CAT5E) and are available with various sensors; in color, monochrome or cooled versions, with megapixel resolution, frame rates of up to 30 fps/90 Fps and short trigger delay of 6,75 micrroseconds. The Kappa Software pool offers three different tools: The control software KCC, the software development kit Sdk3 for integration, and the application software KIB for standard measurement tasks. Special Kappa features like the camera-internal color processing and the camera-internal signature creation are also available for the GigE camera model range.

New telecentric lenses for MEGA Pixel cameras up to 15x15mm image size
New telecentric lenses with extra long working distance are now available from Sill Optics for sensors up to 15 x 15 mm. The S5LPJ1360 (1.6x) has 305 mm, the S5LPJ1390(1,9x)
365 mm working distance. Both types of measuring lenses show superior distortion of less than 0.05% and achieve resolution of more than 100 lp/mm.
The S5LPJ1360 is available with coaxial illumination (S5LPL1360), C-Mount or M42x1.
