Producing an eco-conscious conference is important to us. We are pro-actively evaluating our practices and making improvements whenever possible. Feel free to check this page periodically for updates on our efforts.

E-Marketing
Canon is reaching its market via email broadcasts and telephone communications.

Presentation Materials
Conference materials will be accessed through the internet. By providing electronic materials, conference attendees will have the option to download and/or print only the information that is relevant to them.

Reusable Supplies
As much as possible, disposable supplies will be replaced by reusable products and/or biodegradable items. Glass cups, china, silverware, and linen cloth will be used.

Eco-Friendly Giveaways
Conference attendees will receive (1) reusable totebag - made from 80% Recycled Cotton & 20% Bottle Bag material

Floral Decor
Plants used to decorate the conference are potted and reused at different events.

Recycling
The Center hasimplemented an in-house recycling program. Clearly marked recycling bin stations will be in place throughout the conference area. Attendees will be encouraged to return their badgeholders at the end of their visit for use at a future event.
