Green Supply Chain Session: Focus on metrics and best practices, including green network design

Abstract: In this session Kathleen Geraghty will begin by providing an introduction of GreenSCOR, created to add environmental considerations to SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference model). This session will focus on green supply chain metrics and best practices emphasized by the Supply Chain Council. “Green additions to the model make SCOR a tool for managing environmental impacts
of the supply chain.” The concept of a green approach to network design will also be discussed including the application of advanced tools to quantify the impact.
