The sensor boasts: 0-1 LPM in-line mass flow; measures over 200 LPM in a bypass configuration; especially good resolution at low flow rates, even approaching zero; amplified and temperature compensated output signal; and offers an alternative to differential pressure sensing. The standard product is unidirectional with negative flow indication; however, alternate, bidirectional calibration is available. Omron’s patented Dust Segregation System is also bidirectional and keeps particulate away from the sensing element.
