Filtronic Filter Systems North America's CBC-R Mobile Clean Room can provide a particle free work area in the customer's facility. This system employs a clean air curtain in front of the cabinet to prevent dust and particles from entering the work area, along with providing filtered air inside the cabinet that is ISO class 5 certified. The CBC-R Mobile Clean Room is installed on top of an existing work bench, allowing for flexible placement with in a facility. SMT Z-BEND SOCKET

For low profile IO applications, this surface mount SIP socket strip is assembled parallel to its board surface. It’s ideal for placement near the board edge for easy access test connections and creating pluggable adapter modules which can sit perpendicular to the motherboard, effectively conserving precious board real estate.

The precision-machined brass alloy receptacle press-fit with a Mill-Max #47 contact clip accepts mated pin diameters between .025-.037” and .025” square posts. This socket is rated at 4.5 amps per pin position. Available in RoHS compliant and traditional platings, the insulator material is high temp, suitable for reflow soldering operations.

New Scale has added a stronger, faster motor to its SQL series piezoelectric SQUIGGLE motors, a world’s smallest linear motors. The SQL-1.8 travels >7 mm/s and pushes axial loads of up to 30 grams — nearly 200x its own weight. This is 40% faster and 50% stronger than the slightly smaller SQL-1.5 SQUIGGLE motor.

At 1.8 x 1.8 x 6 mm, the SQL-1.8 is still less than half the size of competing micro-motors.

Omron’s new D6F-P gas flow sensor featuring their MEMS flow chip is extremely sensitive with highly repeatable accuracy. The sensor boasts: 0-1 LPM in-line mass flow; measures over 200 LPM in a bypass configuration; especially good resolution at low flow rates, even approaching zero; amplified and temperature compensated output signal; and offers an alternative to differential pressure sensing. The standard product is unidirectional with negative flow indication; however, alternate, bidirectional calibration is available. Omron’s patented Dust Segregation System is also bidirectional and keeps particulate away from the sensing element. The D6F-P is ideal for a wide variety of industries looking for precise mass flow measurement, including: HVAC / VAV, medical respiratory equipment, laboratory analytical equipment, and fuel cells.

"Ultra Thin Film Thermsitors and Micro Temperature Probes"

Semitec makes ultra thin film NTC thermistors developed by their innovative manufacturing techniques. Due to its small mass, the thermirstors reacts extremely quickly to temperature changes compared with conventional monolithic designs. It is also highly accurate and stable at high temperatures.

Semitec also utilize these thin film thermistors to make various temperature sensors/temperature probes for wide range of applications. In medical field, the thermistors are used such as for thermodilution catheters, quick response body thermometers, and high accurate thermopile for ear thermometers.
