All Packaging Machinery Corporation manufacturers a USDA approved rotary band sealing system with verification ports for FDA validation, model VBS-DH-3/8-10-V. This machine seals Tyvek® pouches at 40 FPM and includes a self-contained air compressor. Quality hermetic seals of 1/4 or 3/8 wide are achieved through the use of heavy duty wear resistant laminated Teflon bands. Single line embossing coder for product marking is available. Extended heating and cooling zones facilitate sealing of difficult material. The unit is mounted on a stand with crank handle height adjustment and can be positioned over existing lower carry conveyor.

The FW450S is state-of-the-art with a user-friendly human /machine interface control that allows for storing product settings and is very easy to learn which cuts down on operator training. The FW-450S is loaded with great features that help packagers take their production capabilities to a new level.
For packagers that need to run several products on the same machine the FW-450S has an adjustable forming box that allows for flexibility. The 450s has an overload sensing function on each servo that prevents products from being damaged if misaligned and a standard no product, no bag feature to reduce film waste.

The new DEM 450A combination L-bar sealer and shrink tunnel system allows packing, sealing and shrinking product in centerfold shrink-wrap film. The DEM 450A series can be used for a wide range of products thanks to its precise temperature and speed controls. Operation is simple and efficient.
DEM Series shrink systems are heavy duty and require a minimum of maintenance. They can be operated up to seven days a week, 24 hours per day. The DEM series is available in either a manually operated (DEM 450T), a semi-automatic (DEM 450 SA) version and the new fully automatic (DEM 450A).

Improvements include intuitive operator interface featuring planned maintenance requirements real time. Changeover time is reduced using servo controlled stations, pneumatically clamped quick change tools and a unique gripper chain redesign that includes a pneumatically clamped material infeed section. The Automatic Spindle Capper from Liquid Packaging Solutions is comprised of 3 modules: cap tightener, cap chute, and sorting device. Standard unit includes 1-4 tightening stations with a sorting elevator for 8-120 mm caps. Containers pass through chute area while gripped by side belts and strip caps out of chute fingers. Stabilizer holds cap in place while rubberized tightening discs (spindles) contact cap on opposite sides and spin cap down. Clutches allow just the right torque on caps. Bottles do not stop during the continuous operation of tightening.

The PAC C-Med667 T for sterilization pouches has highly advanced software that can be easily applied in either CSSD or industrial applications sharing the data required for validation of the sealing process to ISO 11607 standards.
