The US-5500 offers kit packagers the perfect combination of automation and flexibility for fast changeovers. It provides weigh-count verification of up to six numbered components (up to 10,000 pieces per part number) all packaged in one bag. The machine incorporates partitions and lights with a traditional weigh-count method for increased accuracy. Green LED lights (one for each partition) signal operators when to load and remain lit until piece quantity is met. After products are assembled on loading tray, the kit is automatically funneled into the open poly bag.
