Advanced Detection Systems’ digital ProScan 1600 uses state-of-the-art DSP technology and offers enhanced sensitivity in wet, dry and conductive products. Product features include minimal pass autolearn, superior resistance to noise generated from neighboring equipment and customer-specific optimized product settings. A user-friendly touchscreen display allows for easy operation by plant personnel. The detector can be quickly connected to an existing network to monitor performance and log detection events. The ProScan 1600 metal detector comes standard with all stainless steel washdown construction. Models include conveyor mounted for packaged product as well as pipeline for liquids and slurries.

The US-5500 offers kit packagers the perfect combination of automation and flexibility for fast changeovers. It provides weigh-count verification of up to six numbered components (up to 10,000 pieces per part number) all packaged in one bag. The machine incorporates partitions and lights with a traditional weigh-count method for increased accuracy. Green LED lights (one for each partition) signal operators when to load and remain lit until piece quantity is met. After products are assembled on loading tray, the kit is automatically funneled into the open poly bag. The US-5500 is a sensible, reliable solution for packaging high volumes or multiple kits without the cost of full automation.

Model 395 automatic print and apply label applicator for ampoule, tube and vial labeling. It is the Print & Apply solution for automatically labeling small round products. -Features a roller conveyor with Thermal transfer or Direct Thermal Printer Applicator. This labeling system offers adjustable X & Y axis, and either 203,300,400 or 600 DPI print resolution. Labeling speeds are up to 100 products per minute depending on label length.

With the protection of an IP 65 rating, the EasyPrint X offers high-speed, high-quality printing and is available in both 2" and 5" widths. And since it is an EasyPrint, variable data is easily printed directly onto substrates such as poly, film, foil and Tyvek.

The FlexPrint mini is the smallest in-line Flexographic printing system which provides high resolution single color printing on Tyvek®, paper and all poly films. The FlexPrint mini has a compact 11.5" x 11.5" frame, and weighs approximately 200 lbs. Like other models of the FlexPrint line, the FlexPrint mini will be able to accomodate substrate widths up to 600mm, and speeds up to 50 cycles per minute.

Other features include odorless amonia free inks, a self contained inking system for easy ink changeovers, and a Teflon® coated ink tray for the fastest, neatest cleanup.

The EconoDot™ dispenses clean, instant-bonding Glue Dots® adhesives, one at a time at a rate of 60 adhesives per minute without burns or the mess of excess glues. No machine programming is required. The user simply loads a roll of Glue Dots® adhesives, threads the machine and turns on the power. A pre-cut paperboard blank forms the blister pocket to hold the product similar to a film blister. 100% paperboard is used with product viewing windows on either side of package. MSSC LLC introduces the ULTIJET high resolution ink jet coder. This system has the ability to print large and small characters. It is also capable of printing non porous surfaces and porous surfaces. On most non porous surfaces dry times are in the .5 to 2 second dry times. The ULTIJET is a fully multi tasking system and can run up to 4 production lines at the same time. It also has bar code capabilities from standard 1 dimensional bar codes to 2D barcodes such as data matrix. ULTIJET is an HP cartridge based system, so there is no maintenance associated with this system.

The new Tharo PA2000t Tamp Label Printer/Applicator is a cost-effective accessory for the Tharo H-400/H-600 Series of thermal/thermal transfer bar code label printers.
The PA2000t features a smaller footprint than other Printer/Applicators, with a remote front panel for easy access, regardless of the orientation of the applicator. It has an all-metal cabinet and is made to last with time-tested components. Over-molds can be of soft TPE material providing logos, package feet, security features and more. 3.) Machine Model BAT for the automatic production of large blister packages with a maximum footprint of approximately 20” x 20”. The BET is designed with quick-change tooling and a maximum output of 20 cycles/minute.
