The QuickPouch Vertical is a compact, economical, vertically oriented Form Fill Seal machine with a number of loading options.  Loading options include; hand loading, magazine loading, powder and liquid filling, and now, optional Desiccant loading.  The Desiccant loading option is excellent for companies utilizing vapor barrier type packages. For printing on pouches, the Vertical can have various printers integrated from our factory, including the VIdeoJet DataFlex Plus system. The Vertical is also cost effective, as forming pouches from web stock is significantly less costly than buying pre-made pouches. If you already have a pouch opener or filler, the Vertical can also be used to form unsealed pouches to be filled and sealed later.

Beta LaserMike, a leader in medical tubing measurement systems, will be displaying the UltraScan with patented “Snap Technology”. Previous systems, as well as competitor systems, can require complicated setup. The UltraScan can measure wall thicknesses down to 0.001 in. and coupled with the new SealTite transducers, the US1012 gauge will continue working for an extended period of time, even in harsh water conditions. Beta LaserMike will also display the ID/OD/Wall benchtop micrometer, Accuscan diameter & ovality measurement system with built in flaw detection, the powerful PC-based DataPro process control & data management system, and the LaserSpeed®, non-contact length and speed measurement system.

Ideal for testing small electronics and components/assemblies, this product line is designed to meet basic to accelerated temperature cycling testing requirements. This new model has 50% more heating/cooling performance as other models in the product line with cooling performance of 5°C/min. Available in temperature with optional humidity simulating a full range of temperature and humidity conditions from -73°C to 190°C and optional humidity from 10% to 95% RH.
