Known for short length cutting, Metal Cutting was able to combine proprietary techniques and yield longer length cuts with no ID contamination or residue. Tubes ends have the clean and smooth surfaces characteristic of their supported cut technique while holding parallelism and squareness similar to their short length business. Length tolerances of +/- 0.002” are possible on parts as long as 20.0” and tolerances of +/- 0.010” meet the demands of most customers while allowing fast deliveries. High volumes are also possible with this new technique, removing a bottleneck that had frustrated some customers.

The PouchPack, manufactured in Stainless Steel by OK International Group, is an automatic pouch handling system. The system automatically takes one to four pouches from a magazine, opens them with a robotic arm, fills them and then seals the pouches. This machine can be made into many configurations. The PouchPack can run layflat and/or stand up zip pouches. The pouches can also receive either a label or an ink jet code. Filling can be done by person, robot or scale.
