Herrmann Ultrasonics Inc.
Booth 1130
Ultrasonic Cut and Seal applications are typically limited in their usage due to anvil wear and inconsistent results. In a plunge weld mode, a standard cutting die can be mounted to a new cutting module from Herrmann Ultrasonics. This die can have a length of up to 250mm or a two dimensional shape up to 75 mm x 250 mm. A fixed anvil can also be mounted in conjunction with the cutting module, for a cut and seal. Immediate results can be realized as the cutting module is easy to set up and only requires a supply of compressed air.
