The QuickPouch Vertical is a compact, economical, vertically oriented Form Fill Seal machine with a number of loading options.  Loading options include; hand loading, magazine loading, powder and liquid filling, and now, optional Desiccant loading.  The Desiccant loading option is excellent for companies utilizing vapor barrier type packages. For printing on pouches, the Vertical can have various printers integrated from our factory, including the VIdeoJet DataFlex Plus system. The Vertical is also cost effective, as forming pouches from web stock is significantly less costly than buying pre-made pouches. If you already have a pouch opener or filler, the Vertical can also be used to form unsealed pouches to be filled and sealed later.

The AccuFlo is the first abrasive blaster to be equipped with the patented Simoom™ Technology – an innovative system of mixing air and abrasive to improve flow consistency. The result is tighter control over the volume of powder flowing through the machine. This gives the AccuFlo the flexibility to be used in a wider range of applications as well as giving it the increased powder flow to cut processing times on traditional ones. Microblasting can be used to deburr needles, remove oxides and remelt on laser cut stents, texture implants, and selectively remove PTFE coatings on guide wires.

Offered alone or with a harness assembly, this connector is RoHS compliant and features a positive latch in order for high connection integrity. The connector is rated up to 3 amps and the mating connector will handle a range of wire gauges from 22 to 28. These motors are ideal for those that want to plug in directly to pre existing harnesses. Available in three designs, these linear actuators are available in a wide variety of resolutions ranging from 0.00012" (.003048 mm) per step to 0.00192" (.048768 mm) per step and deliver thrusts of up to 50 lbs.

Designed for direct skin applications, this product’s thin backing feels more like skin than non-woven backings and acts a barrier against bacteria. Featuring the same film as Rx1267P, double coated Bioflex Rx1268S is coated on one side with the same silicone gel adhesive and on the other with an acrylic adhesive that easily bonds to many backings to construct a single coated product. The water-resistant silicone gel adhesive is soft and repositionable. It can be washed, and will regain adhesion when properly dried.
