Rapid Product Development Group, Inc. (RPDG) is excited to introduce Rapid Injection Tooling (RIT). This exciting new process provides complex injection molded parts in 5-11 days (with a maximum part size of 170mm X 280mm X 70mm). RIT can accommodate undercuts (internal and external), complex details and features, and polished or textured surface finishes producing production quality injection molded parts. A wide variety of thermoplastic and engineering plastic resins are available including glass-filled and high temp materials. Mold materials including aluminum and steel are used for RIT construction, yielding tool lifes from 1,000 to 100,000 shots. Over-molding and insert molding are also available via RIT.

Servometer® / Precision Manufacturing Group, LLC electrodeposited micro miniature metal bellows can be produced with diameters as small as .020 inch (0.5 mm). These tiny bellows can be used as miniature pressure responsive devices, micro-seals, precision springs, electrical contacts or flexible micro couplings.

Electrodeposited nickel bellows are ideal for dynamic sealing applications where reliability and long life are critical requirements. Servometer® bellows can be designed for a variety of stroke and pressure combinations and for temperatures from -423°F to +350°F.

Smalley Steel Ring Company features a new series of smaller, standard size Crest-to-Crest® wave springs. Stock sizes are available in carbon and 17-7 stainless steel in sizes beginning at just 1/4". Crest-to-Crest springs reduce assembly size by up to 50% maintaining the same amount of force and deflection as a regular coiled spring. Smalley offers over 4,000 standard wave springs in 17-7 stainless steel or carbon steel. The New Crest-to-Crest series are available in dimensions from 1/4" to 2" from stock.
