In molding labels (IML) are picked up with cups and an air cylinder advances the part plate on guided pins and bearings. The E.O.A.T. removes the finished product from the tool with vacuum cups mounted on level compensators and retracts the part plate exposing the labels. A robot shift positions the guide pins and static bars charge the mold. Labels are placed into the mold and the finished product is placed on a off-load station.

Designed specifically for food-handling applications the GGL3060 is sealed according to IP69K standards, allowing it to withstand both high-pressure and high-temperature (wash down) cleanings. The Techno GGL3060 gripper has a compact form with a matching corrosion-resistant, stainless steel design. It also meets DIN 1672-2 guidelines for hygienic food production machinery, making it food safe.

This specialized gripper features jaws that swing open to a full 180º. This makes it very easy to have the gripper clear material below it. Additionally, the angular design of this gripper provides up to 33Nm (24lbft) of gripping torque and the unit includes sensors that sense jaw position.

ZAYTRAN presents the newly redesigned GPL series grippers. The original harsh environment grippers have been completely redesigned to offer twice the force and half the weight of the original design. Drawing on the tradition of the SIGMA series, the XRAY-S incorporates a high-torque linear bearing rail for rigidity and a patented double helix for the ultimate level of precision available in a robotic gripper. Tough environments are not a problem with this sealed unit. The linear bearing blocks are fitted with wipers and industrial scrapers.
