This custom End of Arm Tooling (E.O.A.T.) allows precise alignment with the mold using guide pins and bushings. In molding labels (IML) are picked up with cups and an air cylinder advances the part plate on guided pins and bearings. The E.O.A.T. removes the finished product from the tool with vacuum cups mounted on level compensators and retracts the part plate exposing the labels. A robot shift positions the guide pins and static bars charge the mold. Labels are placed into the mold and the finished product is placed on a off-load station.
