New by PRECITRAME MACHINES SA, Cyberpolish is a product with several years of experience in the field of robotic finishing.

With 1 to 3 scalable working stations and his modular architecture, the Cyberpolish 600 line allows realising all grinding, polishing, buffing and other type of finishing.
Specially designed for watchmaking, medical and electronic, for pieces until to 2kg, the 600 line is a new robotic solution for the pre-machining and the finishing on abrasive belts, wheels and discs of work pieces with easy to highly complicated geometries.

With his optional loading module, allowing a high degree of endurance, or his semi-automatic or manual operating mode, the machine is easily able to adapt itself to all production process.
With the pathway follow-up SYNAPXIS-Software you achieve the highest level of finishing and quality regarding the outline geometry of your work piece.
The new interface, practically production oriented and easy to use, allows to his users to focus in the production of ours products without having a lot of know-how in robotics.
The ingenious parameterization functions, the integration of 3-D model of the work piece from the CAD and the simulation shorten the run up time and the switch-over time on parts change clearly.
