MATERIAL
High performance Polyimide tubing. Our Polyimide tubing is a thermo-set plastic with superior torque, tractability, kink-resistance and flexibility. Contract manufacturing of braid & coil reinforced designs, multi-durometer jackets and fluoropolymer coatings available. USP Class VI biocompatible and ISO 9001:2000. Custom laser working and contract assembly is available upon request.

TOLERANCES
Our Inner diameter range is 0.004" to 0.086" with standard tolerances of ± 1%. Tighter tolerances are available upon request. We offer various wall thicknesses from 0.0005" to 0.0100"; dependent on ID size. Our standard cut length tolerance is +/- 0.25" with tolerances down to +/-0.005" with use of MicroCut technology.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Typical medical applications include Cardiovascular catheters, Neurological devices, Anesthetic delivery, Chemotherapy drug delivery and clot dissolving delivery systems, Urological retrieval sleeves & shrouds, Arterial plaque compression and removal devices, stent deployment systems and precise gas & liquid transport.
