Since summer 2003, the Inpac Medizintechnik GmbH has supplied their services in the areas
cleaning
assembly
packaging
sterilization
for customers in the medical engineering field.

We started with 5 staff members and are now more than 50 colleagues who are serving our customers. Just in time for our 5 year anniversary in 2008, we finished the extension of our production facility by approx. 150%. We are working with appropriate machines and plants according to validated processes in a total of 6 clean rooms (4 x class 7 and 2 x class 8). Therefore, our customers benefit from first-class conditions for the treatment and packaging of their delicate products - not only for large batch sizes, but extremely flexible to meet all requirements quickly, reliably, and at a reasonable price.

We support our customers in all processes needed to bring a sterile product into the market. Scientists like biologists, chemists and medical device engineers are developing the right strategy for the package design, for cleaning the product effectively and they find a suitable and stable packaging process in order to make sure that the product remains sterile until it is used by the physician. A comprehensive validation package is always part of the service.

The production of all packaging materials used by us is entirely proceeded in clean rooms. Incoming goods inspection is performed with the latest spectroscopic technologies. After designing the packages, we quickly realize them by means of the CAD/CAM technique ensuring high quality, short lead times and a reasonable price.

Thus, our customers can improve the condition of their products together with us and safely offer them on the market as sterile medical products.
