We produce standard and customized medical valves including those used as substitutes for needle ports in IV applications, catheter and tracheal tube valves, tubing clamps, tubing flanges, fill and drain closures, hand pumps and pressure relief valves.

Halkey-Roberts swabable luer valves were developed as substitutes for needle ports in IV applications. These additions to our needlefree valve line allow multiple usage, require no cap, have exceptional flow and low priming volume, all at an economical price. Valve stems and bodies will mate securely with all standard luer syringes and luer connectors. All materials are Gamma resistant, USP class VI, DEHP-free and latex-free.

Available in straight, 'Y' port, vial adapter (13mm and 20mm), tube end (available 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 2.8mm, 3.7mm, and 4.0mm), male luer, bag, break-off, T-port and stopcock valve configurations. Bodies are available in polycarbonate or in copolyester for easy bonding.
