Jet dispensing system

A dispensing system does not make contact with the substrate, enabling manufacturers to deposit controlled amounts of fluid on hard-to-access areas and uneven surfaces. The PicoDot Jet system can operate at speeds of up to 150 dots per second. Multiple system configurations make it possible to dispense a variety of low-, medium- and high-viscosity fluids. The system covers areas by jet dispensing droplet arrays in shot sizes starting at 0.002 μl and flow rates up to 300 g/min.

OEM dispensers

Stepper pipettes

A hand-held pipette offers contaminate-free dispensing. The Stepper pipette has a lightweight, ergonomic design and is constructed of aluminium. Users can dispense a variety of low- to medium-viscosity materials with gentle thumb pressure. This repetitive pipette is available in 1, 3 and 5 cc sizes. It offers positive displacement dispensing in a range of shot sizes from 0.01 to 1.00 ml. Each pipette can dispense up to 100 shots from one fill.

Dispensing systems

Adhesive dispenser

An air-free system for dispensing cyanoacrylate adhesives is designed to eliminate the potential for medical device assembly problems caused by moisture-filled air. The LDS9000 CA dispenser uses a linear-actuator drive system rather than air; pressure is applied to a piston that pushes the adhesive through the barrel reservoir and then the dispensing tip. Results are precise to ±5%. Variations in temperature, moisture and viscosity have negligible effects on performance.

Robotic syringe dispenser

A semiautomated light-cure processing system can be used for the rapid assembly of translucent, coloured parts. The benchtop robot has a 200 × 200-mm operating range and a 50-mm vertical axis. Mounted to the robot are a pressure-time syringe dispenser and an LED light source. When the system is initiated, the syringe dispenser automatically applies an adhesive onto the parts. The robot then picks and places a mating component and initiates the light source.

Automated filling system
