Spartanics and Systec, two companies specializing in modular automation equipment, have announced a partnership to provide custom screen printing systems suited for manufacturing flexible printed parts that are common medical device components. The screen printing systems developed by the companies will enable screen printers that supply medical device manufacturers to get maximum yields or create large-format work previously difficult to do efficiently with generic screen printing presses.
The custom screen printing systems created by the firms are built to customer specifications with globally available components. The systems are built upon the time-proven Klemm screen printing design that has now been improved with extensive software engineering and upgraded system components since Spartanics obtained the rights to the Klemm screen printing systems two years ago.
