Friedrichshafen Hosts Plastics Trade Fair
The Fakuma international trade fair for plastics processing will take place in Friedrichshafen, Germany, on 17–21 October. Last year’s show had more than 40,000 attendees and 1500 exhibitors.
Held annually except during those years when the K show comes to Düsseldorf, Germany, Fakuma typically features plastics processing machinery and peripheral equipment, raw materials, and related automation and quality control systems.

Medica Returns to Düsseldorf
Medica, the international medical technology trade show, and ComPaMED will return to the Düsseldorf Messe on 15–18 November. More than 4100 exhibitors are expected to showcase a range of products. With 40% of exhibitors coming from outside of Germany, event planners have reported an increase of exhibitors from Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, and the Netherlands. Admission tickets include free access to approximately 200 seminars and training courses.
