Contract Manufacturing Company Acquires Moulding and Assembly FirmThe holding company that owns Medisize (Hillegom, Netherlands), has also acquired Createchnic AG (Nürensdorf, Switzerland). The purchase is expected to expand Medisize’s range of production technologies and broaden its international customer base. Medisize provides contract development and manufacturing services primarily to the pharmaceutical packaging and drug-delivery markets. The company operates facilities in the Netherlands, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. Createchnic develops, produces, and assembles packaging, precision dispensing, and sealing systems as well as disposable devices for medical and pharmaceutical companies.
