CasTec Held in Germany
An international trade fair dedicated to casting technology will be held in Sindelfingen, Germany, on 5–7 October. The fair will focus on the areas of steel and iron casting, as well as nonferrous, sand, and ingot casting. It will cover a range of areas from engineering, simulation, rapid prototyping, and tooling, to tool and mould making.

Switzerland Hosts Nanofair
Nanofair 2004 will take place on 14–16 September at St. Gallen, Switzerland.
The three-day fair and conference will showcase product innovations and commercial nanotechnology and microtechnology applications. The conference will focus on a variety of topics including tools and sensors, materials and surfaces, optics and electronics, and life sciences.

Stuttgart Hosts Sealing Technology Fair
Isgatec, a trade show devoted to sealing and gasket technology, will be held 19–21 October at the Messe Stuttgart International in Stuttgart, Germany. The fair will showcase processing machinery, measuring and test equipment, semifinished goods, and dosing technology. A three-day seminar will address such topics as raw materials, test methods, design engineering, standards, and selection criteria.

Parts2Clean Returns to Germany
An international trade fair for parts cleaning and drying will take place on 26–28 October in Friedrichshafen, Germany. Cleaning solutions for metal parts will be a focal point.
