Pressure and Vacuum Switches
Miniature precision snap-acting switches interface from pressure or vacuum signals to electric control systems. The F- 5100 series switches feature miniature size, a variety of mountings, and good repeatability. The single-pole, double-throw switches are available with 0.1 to 25 A switches. Maximum supply pressure is 100 psi or 29.9 in. Hg. Adjustment ranges from 0.5 to 100 psi or 2 to 28 in. Hg.

Small electro-optic sensors are made of high-temperature polyethersulfone and handle temperatures up to 257°F. The ELS-900 series sensors are 1.27 in. long. The ELS-1150 series, available in carbon steel or stainless-steel versions, are 1.38 in. long and operate with pressure up to 2500 psi. Both are ideal for medical diagnostic, sterilizer, washers, and dialysis equipment.

Flexible, rigid, or flex-rigid printed circuit boards (PCBs) with materials that take on the shape of the enclosure are customized for high-density circuit needs. Laser drilled blind and buried vias in flexible or rigid substrates are standard for the PCBs. The company specializes in flexible boards or the combination of the flexible and rigid materials with multilayer buildups including microvias.
