Metalor 2000A metal-injection moulding (MIM) company is able to produce intricate, tight-tolerance finished parts in medium or high quantities.
"The market demand for MIM parts is growing fast," says Avi Kantor, CEO of Metalor 2000 (Mizra, Israel). "Our clients are becoming more and more aware of the benefits of MIM technology for parts production in medical applications."
As a result, the ISO 9002 and QS-9000certified firm, which specializes in MIM for the production of highly finished, precise, complex steel parts, faces the challenge of producing stainless-steel and titanium alloys for parts such as implants, dental tools, equipment parts, and orthodontic brackets.
The R&D-intensive company has an experienced team of researchers focused on developing new materials and alloys for MIM technology. They are committed to constant improvement of the technology in order to enhance product quality and lower production time and costs.
