PRODUCT UPDATE
Medipack AGHeat sealing, thermoforming, and other contract packaging services are offered to medical device OEMs by Medipack AG (Schaffhausen, Switzerland).
The company thermoforms a range of materials including PETG, PS, Barex, and PP in its three Class 100,000 cleanrooms. The firm can make blisters up to a maximum size of 1300 x 620 mm in small or large quantities. Each pack is visually checked for air pockets and particle contamination, and is sealed into double polyethylene bags. Die-cut Tyvek lidding can be supplied with or without printing. Services such as label printing, documentation and organization of bioburden tests, and sterilization are also offered. The company is certified to DIN/EN/ISO 9001.
