EDS Ireland Ltd.

An electronic design house established in 1997 provides comprehensive consultancy services for the development and production of advanced electronic products and systems. EDS Ireland Ltd. (Newry, Down, UK) has cultivated an international client base that ranges from small entrepreneurial companies to large corporations, according to operations manager Paul O'Hagan. The company has extensive experience working with medical device OEMs.

The firm's success resides in the uniqueness of its services, says O'Hagan. "We can provide one-off products that are not available on the market and customize products to our customers' specifications."

The firm is "committed to bringing advanced innovation and technology to electronic medical devices," stresses managing director Kenneth O'Hagan. To that end, EDS Ireland invests substantially in staff training, testing equipment, and CAD/CAE platforms, he adds.
