To protect the integrity of your plastic electronic enclosures and the safety of those using them, VTI offers the following capabilities:

  • RoHS compliant thin film aluminum coating for suppression of
        electromagnetic interference, radio frequency interference, and electrostatic
        dissipation via vacuum metallization. Thin film supports your design efforts in
        accurate repeatable assemblies.
  • Application of a chromate free conversion coating for aluminum which meets
        the corrosion resistance and conductivity requirements of MIL-C-5541
  • Robotic dispensing of a cure in place/form in place gasket that can be a
        conductive and/or environmental seal. Eliminates stubborn EMI or
        environmental leaks in seams and also eliminates chasing o-rings or
        gaskets. We have 3 axis and 6 axis robot capabilities. Material can be
        applied to plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, steel, and
        numerous other materials.
  • Precision in house tool and mask design, quick response time, low cost NRE
  • Other sub-assemblies and value added activities as requested
