Unicep Packaging, Inc. is a contract custom packaging manufacturer, specializing in disposable, unit-dose packaging of liquids, gels, lotions, and creams, including pharmaceutical, dental and medical products, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, personal care products, lubricants and nutraceuticals. Unicep Packaging, Inc. also has extensive formula mixing capabilities and a full line of state-of-the-art, pharmaceutical-grade Ross-Olsa mixers that can accommodate batch sizes from 5L to 1000L.

Unicep’s flagship products are the MicroDose™ and Twist-Tip™ plastic blow-fill-seal vials and VersaPak™ thermoformed single-use packages. The MicroDose™ vials combine the convenience and accuracy of a syringe with the simplicity of a tube and disposability of a vial. They feature a tapered, angled dispensing tip for accuracy and control, snip-off or pull-off tip options, smooth cosmetic finish, and sizes from 0.2ml to 8ml. The Twist-Tip™ vials are innovative, tamper-proof, single-use packages that incorporate a cylindrical plastic squeeze-bulb and an easy-to-use integral twist-off tab. The vial's contents can be dispensed by squeezing or pouring. The Twist-Tip™ is available in seven standard bulb sizes, ranging from 0.2ml to 15ml in volume. The 0.5ml and larger sizes have a flat base, which allows the vial to stand upright, much like a small bottle. Using an exclusive Modified Blow-Fill-Seal manufacturing process, custom bulb shapes are produced for a fraction of injection molded or typical B-F-S tooling costs. Unicep Packaging, Inc. has two custom designed, automated blow-fill-seal packaging machines for non sterile unit-dose filling of liquid products.

The VersaPak™ line of Form, Fill, and Seal containers is Unicep Packaging's, cost-effective solution for packaging flowable products. With VersaPak™, versatility is the key: complete choice of film types, hundreds of product applications, a wide range of design options, unlimited decorating choices, and dozens of unit sizes ranging from 0.03ml to 60ml. Tooling charges are very reasonable, making it the cost-effective unit-dose packaging alternative to pillow packs and sachets.

In June 2007, Unicep Packaging, Inc. installed a new bottling line to serve bottling customers and additional market lines, especially for month washes and other liquid products.

In addition to unit-dose contract packaging, Unicep Packaging, Inc. offers complete turnkey packaging solutions. Service include research and development, product mixing, non-sterile syringe filling, tube and bottle filling, pouching, secondary packaging, customer package design and order fulfillment.
