Brady Medical Solutions is a global innovative die-cut solutions provider experienced in serving the medical and diagnostic industry. We offer one-source design, engineering, contract manufacturing, and packaging for a variety of applications including: test strips, IVD, electrodes, drug delivery, advanced wound care, and health and beauty/cosmetics.

Brady Medical Solutions is a worldwide converter and solutions provider with global manufacturing. We have offices in Texas in the United States and in Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Hungary, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and India.

We specialize in die-cutting (rotary, flatbed and laser), multi-island placement, multi-layer lamination up to 16 materials, slitting, spooling (rewinding), packaging, and laser cut prototype samples. We focus on assembly and in-line packaging of custom disposable products and adhesive components. We have UV and flexographic printing up to 6 colors.

We are ISO 13485: 2003 and 9002 certified, FDA Drug and Device Registered, and are GMP certified.

We offer Class 100 and Class 10,000 Clean room and a dry room converting and packaging. Brady offers in-line packaging up to 10" wide, and off-line heat sealed automated packaging with pouches up to 18" wide.

Our rotary die-cutting capabilities are extensive. We offer up to 16" wide rotary die-cutting at 400 FPM. We have stacked dies and multiple in-line die-cutting with 360 degree registration. We hold tight tolerances, up to +/- .110" and have the capability of 12 die-cutting stations in a single pass. We have turn-bar roll processing and an in-line inspection/rejection system with packaging capabilities in-line. Our flat bed die-cutting is up to 24" X 26.6".

Material Expertise
We work with pressure sensitive adhesives, including double-coated tapes and transfer adhesives for skin contact. Brady Medical Solutions specializes in advanced wound care materials, including hydrogels that provide a moist healing environment for the wound. We often work with films such as PE, PET, PP, PVC, PU that are used for thin film dressings, incise drapes or tape strips. The foams that we use are PE, PU, PVC (open/closed) that are used for wound care, pulse oximetry, mounting devices or electrodes. The non-wovens Brady would recommend are breathable, elastic, flesh and custom color used for tube holders, wound care, tape strips, and electrodes. The wovens we use are elastic, flesh-colored acetate, and vinyl cloth that are use for wound care, tape strips along with other applications.

Applications:

Test strips: infectious disease, drug of abuse, and glucose tests.

Electrode applications: grounding/defib pads, iontophoresis, pulse oximetry sensors, monitoring and sensing, and stimulation.

Drug delivery solutions: iontophoresis, transdermal, drug in adhesive, hydrogel, and MEMs.

Advanced wound care applications: island dressings, suture strips, breathable films, dressings, non-woven products, IV tube holders, foam dressings, hydrocolloid dressings, occlusive gel, film dressings, occlusive eye patches.

Health and beauty applications: vitamin patches, teeth whitening strips, makeup applicators, nail adhesives, eye patches, body and garment tapes, anti-aging patches, fragrant patches, disposable components.
