| SMC Ltd. Announces Strategic Acquisition of Cycles Incorporated |
SMC Ltd. offers global solutions, contract manufacturing and molding services for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. SMC provides services including design engineering, thermoplastic molding including insert, two-shot, LIM and complete device assembly. Project integration, supply chain security, validation, packaging and labeling, and sterilization responsibility are systematically controlled. Facilities offer ISO 13485, quality systems, white room, class 100,000 and 10,000 clean rooms.
With over 500,000 square feet dedicated to high and low volume medical manufacturing, SMC's medical facilities and systems provide product manufacturing services from simple medical subassemblies, complex mechanical and electronic assemblies to completed and packaged medical devices.
