Description:
Produces miniature metal bellows and bellows assemblies along with bellows-type flexible-shaft couplings, gold-plated bellows contacts, and rigid electroforms. Primarily manufactured from electrodeposited nickel, the flexible, leak-tight bellows can be used as springs and flexible seals in applications requiring a long service life. Diameters as small as 0.040 in. can be achieved. The shaft couplings can accommodate axial, angular, and offset deflection with zero backlash and low windup. Contact bellows can be used in delicate electronic applications requiring good contact and continuity. Design assistance is also provided by the ISO 9001:2000-certified company.
