Materials customized to your application

RD Rubber has a full line of readily available FDA approved LIM Silicone rubber materials and pigments that are biocompatible and sterilization stable. We can also create an infinite number of compounds or customize existing compounds to meet your specific needs. In addition we offer complete traceability of all products.

Prototyping and small volume to high volume full production

When RD Rubber was founded we saw a need that wasn't being met – small volume molding. We took on that challenge and successfully took on many projects that most companies just "no bid" because there wasn't enough volume. We found that by working with our customers in the development phases we could assist them in making their prototypes, converting them into small production runs and leading them into high volume full production. Our concurrent engineering program enables us to assist our customers to go through the full product development cycle smoothly and quickly.
