PDCI Medical's specialized operations are designed to best serve manufacturers of disposable medical devices including die cut components in drug delivery systems, in vitro diagnostic test kit components for the clinical, point of care and home markets, and surgical devices (including peripherals in sterile packaging). The company also addresses the special die cutting needs of such products as electrodes, probes and sensors, wound care dressing, and measuring and monitoring device technology.

From concept generation to full production, PDCI Medical solves the most challenging and complex of conversion requirements of a wide range of non-metallic materials and pressure sensitive adhesives - performing close tolerance laminating, slitting and die cutting of films and adhesives, foam, plastics, elastomers, membranes and paper, fabric and more.

The company has developed the PDCI SurgiKit™, a novel packaging system used as a more efficient alternative to traditional methods of packaging clinical and surgical devices. SurgiKit™ combines the security and ease of use of thermoformed containers in conjunction with layers of fluid design in die cut HDPE, offering companies with affordable style with rapid turnaround. Manufacturing is done in the company's spacious clean room houses state-of-the-art converting equipment, including high-speed, multi-station, rotary machines in an environment purified by ultraviolet filtration systems.
