Plastics One has over 59 years of experience in the medical industry manufacturing cable and connectors systems for patient diagnostic testing and monitoring, hearing enhancement and audio communication, as well as sleep and respiratory studies.
Plastics One specializes in the design, molding and assembly of medical device components and medical device electronics.
The standard product line from Plastics One provides more than 1000 styles of molded electrodes and contacts, DIN and circular connectors, audio connectors, RF connectors, exposed pin plugs, touchproof safety plugs, touchproof safety jacks, yokes and adapters.
Each product is designed with tight tolerances to fit even the smallest device with parts that are assembled under a microscope to those of standard and above standard sizes. All of the products at Plastics One are designed in adherence to ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
At Plastics One the focus is on designing and building handcrafted custom cable and connector assemblies with unique design requirements. The engineers at Plastics One can work from your design or start with something as simple as a sketch. If you already have a design, a team of seasoned engineers is available to discuss specific design and usage requirements as well as to offer design assistance, material selection and prototype services.
The facility at Plastics One encompasses 80,000 square feet and offers in-house design assistance, research and development, a state of the art tool room as well as molding, assembly and packaging services all under one roof. The quality management system at Plastics One subjects the products to rigorous inspection before they are shipped to the customer, 100% inspection is available.
