Minnesota MedTec was incorporated in 1996 as Minnesota Extrusion. Our name was recently changed to better reflect our continued growth as becoming a complete outsourcing partner for medical device companies.

Custom Manufacturing
Our expertise ranges from simple sheaths to complex balloon catheters and deliver devices. Our process include extrusion, bonding, tip forming, insert molding, fusion, curving, hole forming, and marker band attaching and are completed in-house in a timely and cost effective manner.
Braiding
We can assist you with your design including braid density, materials, flexibility, torque, column strength and flow rate requirements. Standard braiding materials include Stainless Steel, MP35N, Nylon, Polyester and Tungsten in round and flat wire sizes. We can provide simple to complex braiding or incorporate the braid into a reinforced tube.
