Micro Matrix Systems, ISO 9001:2000 registered, is located in Montclair, California, just minutes from the Ontario International Airport in San Bernardino County.

Micro Matrix Systems is a precision, high-speed stamping company producing light-gauge, medium-to-high volume metal stampings. We use either high-speed precision punch presses or versatile fourslide machines to meet our customers' requirements for quality, cost-effective products. We also specialize in bandoliered wire products for customers that require selective plating capabilities and/or assembly.

By integrating Sales, Customer Service and keeping an open line of communication among Management, Quality, and Production, Micro Matrix Systems has been able to exceed our Customer's expectations. To assure our Customers' every requirements are met or exceeded, Micro Matrix Systems operates under ISO 9001:2000 Quality guidelines and designing and managing systems. By working closely with your Purchasing, Engineering and Design Departments, we assure a quality product at the most competitive pricing.

Micro Matrix Systems' facilities include Nilson fourslide machines built specifically for light gauge stampings. Our fourslide machines range from 00's, 700's, 751's and 0 combinations for wire and thin gauge metal forming.

High Speed Presses MMS utilizes Bruderer, Minster and Ing Yu high speed precision stamping presses for close tolerance high speed stamping and bandoliering of custom components to our customers' exacting specifications. Our press speeds range from 150 to 1,500 SPM. Tonnage includes 30 and 45 ton machines. We can also supply heat treated and/or plated parts to print through outsourcing. No matter how you spell it Bandoleered Pins, Bandoleer Pins or Bandolier Pins Micro Matrix Systems is the source. We also supply various wire pins as loose pieces.
