MRPC is a contract manufacturer of elastomer based medical device components and assemblies. Our engineering and manufacturing capabilities in Silicones, Thermoplastics and custom formulated rubber materials allow us to produce components and assemblies that solve your toughest design challenges.
MRPC serves OEM's in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical Processing, Food Process and Aerospace Industries.
The services we offer include:
Silicone Molding – MRPC molds both gum and liquid silicone materials, including USP Class VI and implantable grades. Our new Micro-Shot LIM presses are capable of molding precision silicon components under one gram in weight.
Silicon Extrusion – MRPC offers silicon ID/OD tubing specializing in thin wall, tight tolerance dimensions. We also offer multi-lumen tubing, extruded shapes and overjacketing of various core materials.
Elastomer Molding – As an alternative to silicone for medial applications, MRPC compounds and molds various elastomers including biocompatible
polisoprene. These elastomers can be customer formulated for both physical properties and color.
Thermoplastic Molding – MRPC molds both rigid thermoplastic and
thermoplastic elastomers.
With our multi-materials capabilities, we specialize in Over-Molding and Insert Molding of small to micro-size components to meet your device requirements.
