Manufacturing Services:
MRPC's manufacturing services specialize in silicone molding, two-material molding and micromolding with additional capabilities in custom rubber molding, plastic molding and silicone extrusion.
Two-Material Molding: MRPC has developed unique processes for two-material molding of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) materials onto metal, LSR materials onto plastic, custom rubber materials onto metal, custom rubber materials onto rigid plastic, thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's) onto rigid plastics and TPE's onto metal. Our unique two-material molding processes ensure product integrity, reliability and safety. The combination of these materials improves the form, fit and function of the final product.
Micromolding: MRPC specializes in small- to micro-sized part molding for the medical device industry. MRPC's investment in the proper equipment, relationships with the industry leading tool makers and our experienced engineering team allow us to be successful producing small- to micro-sized medical components.
MRPC has the capabilities to produce components that are smaller, lighter and have superior physical properties than those produced through conventional molding methods.
Silicone Molding: MRPC specializes in molding USP Class VI, restricted or unrestricted silicone materials specified for use in FDA Class I, II and III devices. MRPC processes liquid silicone rubber (LSR) materials with our liquid injection molding (LIM) equipment and high consistency rubber (HCR) materials with our injection transfer equipment. In addition to molding, we offer pyrogen-free cleaning and packaging.
