The Liquid Control PosiDot® meter mix and dispense system is a plural component dispenser for bonding canulas, sealing blood filters, potting electronic diagnostic devices and assembling life assist devices including pacemakers, drug delivery systems and other implantable units. This dispensing system can handle ratios from 1:1 to 25:1. A host of optional features are also available to handle any two-component resin system.

The Liquid Control Posiratio® Mini Advanced model meter, mix and dispense machine comes fully equipped with programmable controls and a touch screen interface for ease of use. Operators can readily calibrate, adjust and monitor all dispensing functions with a touch of their finger. The Posiratio Mini two component dispensing machine can handle viscosities ranging from water thin to heavy paste and is used for a wide range of applications such as electrical potting, bonding, sealing, and gasketing.

Liquid Control's new XYZ dispensing bench top the C-450 is used in medical product assembly. The C-450 XYZ is a bench top dispensing system offering one of the largest payload capacities and most rugged dispensing platforms in the market place. It is designed for applications such as gasketing, sealing, potting/filling, and other automated dispensing needs. It is offered with a 13 x 11 inch motion envelope, servo motor drive, and +/-.001 repeatability. A graphical LCD interface provides all the commands for operating the unit for your precise dispensing need.
