Manufactures close-tolerance Swiss- and CNC-screw machined components. Facilities are equipped with wire EDM, CNC lathes, CNC 5-axis milling, threading, fine-hole drilling, and slotting. Dimensional tolerances can be held to ±0.0001 in. Finishing operations include electropolishing, deburring, polishing, tumbling, and bead blasting. Prototypes, short runs, and full-scale quantities can be supplied. The company can also provide on-site engineering, tooling, assembly, design, and testing services, as well as sterilization and contract packaging in Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
