FloMet specializes in the manufacturing of small, non-corrosive and dimensionally difficult parts with tolerance requirements of <1%. Our custom blended feedstocks are made of stainless-steel, cobalt and nickel based alloys, which provide superior properties of strength and versatility.
FloMet is a leader in MIT and has the competitive edge with their custom tooling and equipment. We can also provide multi-cavity tooling, up to 32-cavities, which are designed and maintained by FloMet.
FloMet uses its own customized sintering furnaces, which produce low carbon (<2%), high-density parts. Secondary processes are also provided, which include coining, straightening, bending, tumbling, harperizing and passivation.
