Vincent Medical is a Hong Kong TURN-KEY medical contract manufacturer with 1500 workers capacity. We own 30,000 sq. m. production facilities in China, including 35 injection molding machines, 4 blow molding machines, 4 extrusion machines and assembly lines in a total of 4,220 sq. m. class 100,000 clean rooms. Besides, we also provide metal stamping, sewing operation and bilingual documentation packages.
We comply with global regulatory, have certified with ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO11135, EN550 and CE, and complied with FDA GMP standards. We equipped with excellent quality system to control the processes from prototype development, mold building, injection molding, assembly, metal stamping / die-cutting, bar-coding, packaging, validation, sterilization, sewing operation, logistics to supply chain management.
