Design and Engineering

Process Validation

Manufacturing and Assembly
Vesta uses semi- and fully automated processes to ensure precision and efficiency in producing your silicone medical component or complete device. Capabilities include liquid injection molding (LIM), transfer molding, insert molding, single- and multi-lumen extrusion, coextrusion, transition extrusion, assembly and secondary operations. We comply with FDA regulations and support the principles of lean manufacturing whenever possible.
