Rollstock

Oliver-Tolas provides a wide range of packaging options for form-fill-seal applications, including our proprietary Ovantex® sterile-grade material. Oliver-Tolas roll stock is ideal for a wide range of medical device form-fill-seal applications, including catheters, wound care components, instruments, suction tubing, IV tubing, sterile kits, labware components, and more.

Lids

Lids are available in Ovantex®, Tyvek®, film, foil and paper for a variety of form-fill-seal and in-line flexible packaging applications requiring radiation, autoclave, dry heat, and EtO sterilization. Our impact-resistant lidding for cold temperature transport offers excellent high-altitude creep resistance. Soft-peel Tyvek® lidding is available for non-sterile packaging applications.

Osurance® zone coated lids allows you to put the adhesive only where you need it. Adhesive is applied to a controlled area along the package flange eliminating adhesive exposure to your device. By eliminating adhesive in the non-sealed areas, porosity is maximized and sterilization cycles are shortened, providing you with real cost savings.

Pouches

Choose from a variety of Oliver-Tolas pre-formed pouches and pouches on a roll, including Dispos-a-vent™ pouches, Isotech® bags, and puncture resistant pouches.

Oliver-Tolas pouches are available in Ovantex®, Tyvek®, foil, film, or paper for EtO sterilization, radiation, and autoclave sterilization. Choose the material that provides the optimal light, moisture, and oxygen barrier and the best puncture resistance for your application.
